2. Intellectual Property Governance
Proprietary algorithms, soil-strain telemetry equations, and toxic plume displacement models remain exclusive intellectual property of St. Sovereign LLC. Limited usage rights are granted strictly per executed task orders.
3. Defensibility & Peer Review
Reports and mathematical risk models issued by St. Sovereign LLC are engineered to withstand administrative challenges, CEQA/EIR writs, and formal judicial reviews under strict evidentiary standards.
